This is a new residence located in Kirkland Washington on a quiet tree lines site. The sloped topography allows for privacy and great views of the surrounding pine forest all while adding privacy to the residence. The house is stepped on the first level to accommodate the low building height limit and maximize ceiling heights in the great room. Exterior decks were added to great room given this house has minimal lawn due to site slope and shape. The primary bedroom feels like a tree house with expansive windows that show off the views of the surrounding forest.
