Located in Kirkland, this two-cottage infill project is organized as a side-by-side pair, creating a balanced and clearly legible street presence while maintaining the scale and character of the surrounding neighborhood.
At the rear of the site, existing mature trees are carefully preserved and become the defining feature of the project, framing expansive private backyards for each cottage and establishing a quiet, green retreat behind the homes.
Thoughtful building placement and window orientation provide excellent access to natural light while maintaining privacy between residences. The project pairs compact, efficient site planning with generous outdoor space and a strong architectural identity at the street.

This is the second cottage in the two unit development. It is designed to have a similar floor plan as Cottage A with small changes on both interior and exterior to showcase different selling attributes.
